Licensing Support
At iTrainKids, we will ensure that our licensees get the support they need to run a successful Tech Playground. Hence, we ensure a fair and balanced division of talent and the right training to ensure that you will be able to run an attractive and profitable business based on our established formula.
The Licensee is responsible for:
- Initial Licensing Fee
- Finding locations
- Tech Playground Fit Outs & Facilities
- Hiring Employees & Operating Tech Playground
- Paying a 5% royalty & 2% fee to the marketing fund
- Fix course material cost at 15% of the revenue
(normal franchise is around 30-40%)
The Licensor is responsible for:
- Access to branding and operational systems
- Tech Playground design and course material
- Training program
- Operations manual
- On-site representative during operating
- Constant evaluations and support
- Referral and Affiliate Marketing
Prior to Opening
Site Selection
You will be assisted with evaluation on the location of your business
Tech Playground Design
You will be advised of a layout for your specific locations
Course Material Ordering
You will receive guidance on ordering your course materials and merchandises
Training
You and your manager, and the trainer will take part in our intensive
two-week training program
After Opening
Operation Manuals
Our in-depth manual covers a full range of topics important for running your business
Field Support
Our operation lead will help you get started as well as assist with ongoing
operational evaluations
License Services
A coordinator will serve as a main contact person, just a phone call or email away
